This cheesecake is so so so good. Even the crust has bits of pecans and brown sugar in it! BROWN SUGAR PECAN PIE CHEESECAKE This Brown Sugar Pecan Pie Cheesecake will win over the crowd with its delicious caramel flavor! INGREDIENTS For the Crust: 8 large sheets of graham crackers 3 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans 5 tbsp melted Challenge Butter For the Filling: 4 (8oz) packages Challenge Dairy cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 4 large eggs For the Pecan Topping: 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans 3 large eggs 1 (12.25 oz) jar caramel ice cream topping INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a 9″x13″ pan on the bottom rack of your oven and fill half way with water. Position a rack just above the pan, in the middle of the oven. Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

I made this vegetable soup for dinner and then we also enjoyed it for our lunches for the past two days. The longer it cooks, the more flavor it has. Love it! Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup Ingredients 1 - 1 1/2 lb Stew Meat cut into bite size pieces 24 oz thawed Frozen Mixed Vegetables 4 cup diced Red Potatoes 1 large Onion diced 15 oz Diced Tomatoes undrained 15 oz Great Northern Beans drained 32 oz Beef Broth 1 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt 1 tsp Minced Garlic 2 Bay Leaves 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Instructions Season cubed beef with seasoned salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown beef in skillet on all sides. Transfer beef to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Test doneness by checking potato to see if it is soft and beef to make sure it is not tough. Remove bay leaves and serve.           I have been trying to make the perfect salmon for the past two years, and although it always comes out good it’s never perfect. With this recipe I’m finally able to make it! My kids devoured this and they normally skip the salmon altogether when I make it. Now I know to make a lot more when I use this recipe.
